Part 5

It is not easy and you have to take many decisions that may sometimes involve emotional issues difficult to solve and end with. But it is still possible to do it.

The last weeks I have been studying the cycle from the caterpillar to the butterfly

How does this happen and what is it that happens inside the caterpillar that is so wise and perfect that from that piece in evolution comes out such a beautiful piece called butterfly?

As a Visionary Community Leader you are the butterfly and your community members are in stage of caterpillar looking the way out to be butterflies. As a Visionary Community Leader you are the agent of change that will guide them to evolve as a community through the fact of bringing and delivering wealth in different ways as opportunities.

Today I understand what is happening here. This is a metaphor to all the human beings out there struggling to understand what is going on in the world today

It took me years to understand and I continue learning every day. Since there is so much to understand in our cycle called human life as human beings.

This is a revolution and it is a personal revolution to connect with our deepest wisdom while living our best life.

To be able to reach this state of brilliance we all need time, you need a mentor with whom to process each state and discovery and you need to clear the journey to bring clarity confidence self-esteem and feel safe and secure you are on track and can continue move forward fearless to achieve your full potential

Part 4

We are talking about evolution here, evolution implies freedom. It does not mean we will teach them what to do; we will give them tools to reach the freedom they need to make their own dream come true. This I believe is our mission as Visionary Community Leaders today.

I was wondering for a long time, years ago, how I can help others reach their own wisdom. Yes we all have our own wisdom! I am sure about that. Still due to the fact we are so attached to stuff, and to things and letting our EGO and emotions manage our life we are unable to see this as being true. We do not believe sometimes we have a real wisdom that would help us move forward in life.

 

So my question was “How can I teach people the easiest road to their wisdom?” Because your wisdom is attached to your purpose and as soon as you realize you are the owner of your own life and you can do whatever you want to do, and you do not depend on a job or on funding from anyone or anything and you are here to deliver your message by finding your inner wisdom, your life changes.

You become forever FREE. And this is the road to absolute forever freedom. By no means will you go back.

Why am I so sure about that? Because you become the owner of your truth, you understand life; you now know how to manage your finances and how to reach wealth. The wealth that will let you generate and deliver more wealth to people around you that are the members of your community.

Part 3

We are part of the matrix of the Universe.

It is time to understand we are not alone. As Visionary Community Leaders we must be connected and reach the world. This is the way to link the members of the Community with the opportunities the outside world can bring them to feel the freedom they are looking for, their own way.

As Visionary Community Leaders our mission is not to change their vision but to give them the opportunities and the tools they need to have the freedom and money they want.

As we all heard “we can teach them how to fish but we cannot fish for them”

Our mission as Visionary Community Leaders is to determine which are the tools they need to develop the skills that will let them take advantage of the opportunities they may not be able to reach now and open the doors to wealth by generating the money and freedom they want to have.

It is a cycle, a matrix, a puzzle! When all the pieces come together the big picture is seen and it all makes sense.  It all has to fit by itself!

What is it that has to fit? There has to be a fit between the “core values” of the people in the organizations involved, supporting the Visionary Community Leaders and the members of the Community vision to favor the generation of wealth.

We are going through a new beginning and a new era. It is time to realize we have to be creative as Visionary Community Leaders and expand our mind to understand what is going on today in the world and environment around us.

It is important to have the clarity to evaluate what can be done, what can be offered and what can be created with added value by the members of the community using the new tools and developed skills,  to reach the world.

By reaching new opportunities they will reach new levels of growth and evolution from who they are and what they can do and offer from the core values of the Community members.

Every Visionary Community Leader wants to create options and opportunities they can offer the members of the Community as solutions to solve specific problems of that community.

What do members of the communities want to support a Visionary Community Leader today?

They want him to show them that they will change their life. They want to know if they will be able to have more money, to do whatever they want with their families.

Money represents Freedom for people. No matter what they will do with the money they will have, they want to have it. This will elicit as well different levels of freedom for them and the members of their own families.

This is why a Visionary Community Leader needs to be connected with the outside world. For this purpose he needs to have the right tools to be heard and be seen by those connections that can be the mediators or “catalysts” for him, to facilitate and make things happen for the members of the community.

As a Visionary Community Leader it is important to discover your purpose, to integrate it with your mission and vision, and add your passion to achieve success.

 What does success mean to you as a Visionary Community Leader?

A Visionary Community Leader wants to bring wealth to his community available in different forms and ways.  

Wealth can be defined by the members of a community from very different angles according to their true needs. It can be seen as:

-      Generation of cash flow as a consequence of creating new jobs

-      Generation of valuable new commodities for sale to other markets

-      Training to understand how to approach and reach the outside world today

-      Open new channels for the offer produced by the community

-      Find sustainable markets for a sustainable offer

A Visionary Community Leader is an agent to change Community Evolution. He is the axis from where a chain of wealth and cash flow is generated.

This is not done overnight and the Visionary Community Leader will have to create Programs involving sustainability in all possible areas of expertise of the Community, as well as  trainings that will develop new skills with tools they may not be managing today that will let them access new opportunities worldwide.

Are you seen and respected as a Social Leader? by Esther Coronel de Iberkleid

Even though we are going through tough times, and many people are suffering, struggling and hopeless, with no jobs to look for, there are still people out there with great dreams for whom the opposite is the reality. Those are the Social Leaders and people are looking for guidance from those true Social Leaders.

Frustration, luck of Love, bad relationships, no money, no freedom, and a lot of fear about the future, added to many people that get sick is what many people see.

Social Leaders are aware of what people see, and still have clarity to understand there is a solution that resides outside of this created reality that is different. Social Leaders are ready to show others the road to follow for a change, to improve life when opportunities are seen instead of unseen.

This is the reason why Social Leaders are on a mission as agents of change in Society. This is the game they play in life. Social Leaders guide others to improve something in their life. They are influencers because they generate a different type of energy they generate hope by simply being who they are and living life from their authentic prospective seeing solutions instead of problems. It does not mean they do not see problems, it means they focus on solutions instead of focusing on problems.

This is their strategy in life!

They are always looking how to support others toward a goal or a change that will bring wealth to people in society. Social Leaders have the power to capture leads as a group and guide them achieve a specific goal.

Who is a Leader?  What does it mean to be a Leader? Why can someone become a Leader? Can you be a Leader?

Leaders are not born. Leaders are people like you with a burning desire to help others along their journey in the community, in the society, and all around. They are aware of what can be done, of what needs to be improved, of what can help others live a better life, and they know how to make this happen.

Social Leaders are human beings that took action and the decision to step into being a Leader. With no fear and convinced that this is the life they came to live. They feel great there, since they have the power and strength to achieve their purpose.

They want to do so many things that it may look like they lose focus or clarity. They are so committed and engaged to achieve their purpose, that sometimes 24/7 is not enough for them.

Social Leaders want to be heard and be seen when they look for support from the outside world to bring wealth to their community. Their burning desire to give to the community and achieve for the community is the fuel and passion that drives their life.

Social Leaders know deep in their heart that they cannot achieve their purpose alone. Their mission is very big and their vision is their goal. They are engaged and committed to make a difference in society and to leave a legacy.

It is time for you to know if you are seen and respected as a Social Leader that you are not alone!
