TODAY I MET HIM

I wanted to share with you today that I finally met him. His name is George!
He was so frustrated, unhappy and unfulfilled his whole body was suffering.
As he seems to be used to feel bad he was not exactly aware about the possibility of looking for a solution around. He definitely felt all these years the school of hard knocks is his University.
I let him know that the most important thing is he is not alone and he does not have to battle the situation alone.
Today he is 50 and he has been all his life going through difficult experiences and believing he has to go through them all alone.
He is confused and worried today since he strongly would like to leave a legacy even though he does not have the clarity for that. It is something he feels he wants as he said “it is my impossible dream”.

Do you know how to generate the trust you need to have the followers you want?

What does trust mean to you? What do you need to trust a person talking to you?
What do you need to be able to trust? Why is a person trustable? What does this person do to be trusted by an audience? Why does a person generate trust in an audience and why another one does not generate trust at all?
Which is the consequence of generating trust? Which is the road to build a list of followers? Do you know how to generate the trust you need to have the followers you want?
I personally believe there are as many answers as people on earth. Since each one of us is a small world in himself.
Trust is as well what is “in the way” to get married with a person or get divorced from a person.
Trust is transformed into confidence when it is related to your trust  regarding what you can achieve.
Even though it might be difficult to generate TRUST “in the world” to millions of people at the same time, it is possible to generate TRUST in a piece of “the pie of the world” that means in a group of people and this is what we call our FOLLOWERS.
When you talk about a funnel and how to transform LEADS into FOLLOWERS what you are really talking about is how to generate TRUST!
Just imagine while reading this article the world as a delicious apple pie. Then imagine in the center of this “circular apple pie” a lighted candle.  The candle is the CENTER of the apple pie and the center of the world.
Imagine that center as the place where is what you would call God, Spirit or give that candle the name you would like according to your belief and understanding of the World and the Universe.
Now imagine having a compass and drawing concentric circles all around the center where the candle is standing.
Each of us is seated in one of those concentric circles as healers walking toward the center, toward the candle, toward the light, evolving through our own life path represented by a radius.
Through every activity we develop and every product we create along the radius representing our life path, we are generating as well around us new concentric circles that are waves of energy, and can attract followers. Like when you throw a stone to the ocean. You are creating a new niche of followers around you along your life path. The waves are “little bells” awakening only a specific group of people at a time.
When do I become a follower of someone? I become a follower when the person generates trust. TRUST is felt. This is not something you think this is something you feel, something generated in the frequency of your system, of your frequency of values and believes. There is a “tuned frequency” that brings you to be in the concentric circles of the stone thrown to the ocean, there is a kind of energy embracing you with love, showing you this is the one to follow. He is speaking to you the truth you need to listen to evolve walking your Journey toward the light of the candle in the center of the Universe that will bring you home safe and secure.
It is there where you belong. You are discovering your tribe. You are being attracted by your group of peers. That person speaks your language, he understands you. He has been where you are, and shows you that he understands your feelings.
As a teacher, I know I can easily generate trust in my students. I have been doing it as obvious and as who I am for 35 years with ease. How do I generate that trust? I generate it by speaking a truth. What does this exactly mean? I can teach a topic from a place where I can transfer the information and make my student feel safe and secure about what I am talking and with a language through which he is able to get the idea of what I am talking about and understanding as well the topic he is studying with ease.
Why do I generate that trust? Because when I generate it I can connect with the person in a way that helps me give him the KEY to open the door to his own greatness and this is my mission.
I follow my personal protocol through which I help him build the security and self esteem he needs to believe from whom he is and his own skills that he is able to trust himself and walk his journey toward the lighted candle.

INTERCAMBIAR HORAS POR DINERO

A veces las personas quieren ganar mucho mas de lo que ganan y durante anos luchan por lograrlo. Cambiando trabajo, cambiando jefes y compañeros de trabajo mientras hay algo que no cambian. Y es la relación con ellos mismos. Buscan soluciones desde afuera de lo que les pasa adentro. Sin ser consistentes de que solucionando lo de adentro es que se soluciona todo lo demás de afuera. Yo tampoco lo entendía. Lei muchos libros sin entender el real proceso de la ley de atracción y las leyes del Universo de lo cual muchos hablan y la mayoría al comienzo no entendemos.
Estuve anos buscando respuestas fuera de mi misma. Hasta que empece a buscar dentro de mi misma.
Hoy habiendo liberado todo lo que en mi camino me impedía ver lo que no podía ver es que me doy cuenta de cual es la maravilla de la transformación que nos lleva al éxito en cualquier ámbito de nuestras vidas.
No existen seres que nacieron para ser exitosos y otros que nacieron para no serlo sino que se trata de querer lograrlo y saber el camino a tomar. Elegir y decidir.
Muchas veces nos hallamos en una encrucijada. Muchas veces nos hallamos estancados anos en la encrucijada esperando el momento exacto para dar el movimiento, el primer paso que nos lleve a la meta propuesta.
Se trata de nosotros y no de los otros.
Es un proceso, un proceso a traves del cual es importante encontrarnos con nosotros mismos para cambiar.
Somos nosotros quienes decidimos todo lo que nos pasa. Aprendemos en cada momento pero no valoramos ni validamos este asunto y nos pasamos la vida atrayendo lo que no es para nosotros al seguir el camino de las emociones en vez del camino de la luz al liberar las emociones. Es de esto que se trata crecer. No es facil pero no es imposible .
Yo me propuese llegar a saber cual era la formula real que lleva al éxito para algunos la Formula Magica, que no es mágica a través de la cual los exitosos son exitosos.
Inverti muchísimo en mi propio camino para brindar lo mejor a quienes llegaran a mi y lo mas importante es que lo descubri.
Nunca estuve tan feliz y es por esto que quiero ensenar a todos los que desean encontrar esta formula que vinieron a descubrir, el camino para lograrlo.

NEGOCIOS CON O SIN ESPIRITUALIDAD?

Hasta hace poco tiempo se consideraba que estos eran dos asuntos muy separados y sin relación aparente. O sea desconectados!

Por un lado iban los interesados en los negocios como si “los asuntos del alma” no existieran ni fuesen importantes y por el otro iban los interesados en los asuntos espirituales como si fuesen algo absolutamente desconectado de la sociedad e incluso me atrevería a decir que se los consideraba en cierta forma “fuera de foco”. En muchos casos se pensaba que no eran productivos en la sociedad, pues no generaban lo que los primeros sí lograban.
Nuestra sociedad ha llegado a un punto tal de cuestionamiento de valores   o de desaparición de los mismos que la gente tuvo que empezar a preguntarse si no habría que reconsiderar este asunto. Algo raro estaba pasando.
Comenzaron a haber sutiles "corrientes" buscando respuestas sobre "qué era lo que le estaba pasando a la gente". Las preguntas tenían relación con por ejemplo: por qué la gente no terminaba de sentirse bien? Por qué la gente no era feliz? Por ende por qué la gente no rendía como se esperaba de ella en su trabajo?
Hoy se está llegando por diferentes caminos, muy distintos, a la misma conclusión que considero en lo personal muy coherente: "El ser humano necesita la "espiritualidad" para ser feliz".
Una nueva pregunta está rondando varias esferas: "Qué es exactamente la espiritualidad?" "Hay un solo tipo de espiritualidad?" Y si las personas no son felices sin ella qué hacemos para entender todo esto? Cómo lo integramos?
Estamos en una nueva era en la cual hay que "sazonar" los negocios con "espiritualidad" para llegar a entender que el ser humano no es un robot que se levanta y se pone un chip para salir a trabajar sino que el ser humano es una entidad en la cual hay que "integrar CUERPO MENTE Y ALMA".
El SER podrá responder: "quién es?",  "cuáles son sus metas?" y "cuál es su camino?"
Cuando empieza a tener claro su camino, los logros que puede anhelar van mucho más allá de lo que antes se creía que se podía lograr. Y esto por ende es beneficioso para "el mundo de los negocios". Aquí es donde está "el nexo". El beneficio "al mundo de los negocios"  algo que todas las empresas buscan.
Si Usted aun considera que la espiritualidad está fuera de los negocios  empiece a ver a su alrededor y trate de comprender: "Por qué hay gente que rinde y gente que no rinde?", "Por qué hay gente feliz y gente que aun no lo es?", "Qué le falta al que no llegó a sus metas?" , "Quién es el personaje que ve más claro su vida y se entiende a sí mismo y adonde quiere llegar y lo logra?" , "Por qué tanta gente está parada en un lugar indefinido sin saber qué dirección tomar?"
Le sugiero que se quede tranquilo pues la espiritualidad no es la misma para todos y cada uno tiene incorporada la fórmula que le pertenece. La tiene que buscar! Se trata de que cada ser humano pueda crecer como ser humano para poder manejar su existencia de la mejor manera y establecer metas y caminos para lograrlas en beneficio de si mismo y su entorno.
No es una utopía!!!! Lo reto a empezar a considerarlo si desea que sus hijos y sus nietos tengan un mundo mejor en el cual vivir. Usted que opina al respecto?
