Because without Passion there is no Success!

I want to ask you: What does Passion mean to you? Is Passion important in LIFE?

We all felt Passion for someone or something in our life. We are able to recognize a “Passion”. Why is it so easy to recognize it? Because PASSION feels great! A flow of energy travels along our body and we feel alive. The body talks, we sense the power of PASSION! And this power ignites a flame inside ourselves that connects everything and we achieve better than ever!

It happened to all of us at least once!  Try to remember the last time you felt passionate about someone or something. There were no problems around, everything was easy, you had a smile on your face and you walked like in a cloud or like flying in a carpet.

You have been there at least once! The truth is we have all been there. Why do we forget about that great experience? Why are we unable to maintain such a level of great positive emotions to live our life like that? Because we are not aware how to manage our GPS! We have no idea how to use our emotional system in a way to drive our life toward Success. Instead we absolutely turn off the GPS and we let old beliefs, fear and negative emotions manage our life. We get depressed, we lose hope and all is absolutely dark. The dark night of the soul! We have all been there more than once!

I am not talking about something you do not know, I am simply helping you remember about something you already know since you experienced PASSION already and you know what I am talking about. I am sure you would like to be there again! Who wouldn´t want to be there?

Did you block the possibility of feeling it again because you have been wounded?

I can also get your point, we all went through experiences when it is difficult to let go some things. Still it is possible, when we learn how to manage our own GPS.

Imagine how you would feel if you could:

-       ignite “Passion” on a daily basis

-      relate with everyone with Passion

-      smile and see Passion everywhere instead of Problems around you

Crisis urges us to understand we need something different. You may not know which if the different thing you need at the beginning. I am sure it is related with Passion since Passion  fuels life and spreads power and all happen smoothly.

It is possible to begin LOVING who you are and your daily life to be passionate everyday about what you do and your life.

Have you ever waken up in the morning saying “Life has to be more than that!”?

For many years I lived my life without thinking about all those things.
I considered myself an average human being with a family, children and my job. I worked very hard feeling unfulfilled and experiencing discomfort.
It was not about the outside it was about my inside world. I had great results still was not as happy as I am today.
I can say that in many occasions I felt there was something missing in the equation still I did not know what it was.
I wondered where to begin my search. Procrastination was very present and fear did not let me move forward for a long time. It was the fear of the unknown that in many cases came from limiting old beliefs. I know and am aware of them today. Judgment of people around me in the environment seemed to happen for no reason. This brought a sense of invasive or even toxic relationships of which I had no clue.
I even went through different challenging experiences and did not awake to the real truth of my life so quickly. It took time. I grew up as an average human being with many old beliefs to which I did not really knew the answers, and as well did not know there was something different to believe or things I had to stop believing.
Today I am happy about the decisions I made and the life I live. Yes I do have challenges and fear is always in our life but today I know how to manage each one of those elements and learn from my own GPS/Emotional System how to make decisions about the road to follow.
We all have a Journey along our Life Path. Our life has a Purpose and integrating it with our Vision, Mission and Passion the big picture shows up in front of our eyes.
It is by connecting all the dots and seeing the big picture of our own life that we are able to understand who we are and the difference we are meant to make in the world and in people´s life.
When you realize that it is time to discover the message you came to deliver through living your own authentic Life, your existence begins to change.
Once you are aware of your purpose and understand your message you can wrap and craft your offer to deliver your gift to the world.

3 Insider Secrets to help Successful Entrepreneurs and Leaders enjoy more time with family and friends work less and still be productive

As an Entrepreneur myself for 30 years I know it is very important to understand the value of time and that we all have 24 hours in a day. Even if sometimes we would like to have 48 hours in a single day to be more productive.

I asked myself many times, which is the best way to free time and still be very productive. I have to admit this is one of my challenges since I am passionate of my work.

The answer was: focus, organization and systems.

These are the3 Insider Secrets to help Successful Entrepreneurs and Leaders enjoy more time with family and friends work less and still be productive

The first insider secret, FOCUS has always been a challenge for me since I get distracted very easy and have to work against distractions. Even though I teach with great success how to get concentrated to my students it was not always easy for me and my mother always remembers she had to close the curtain of my room for me the do the homework when I was at school. I liked to see the beautiful garden of the neighbor that had a tree I loved and will never forget.  

I had to learn how to implement techniques to achieve focus, at school, college and University. I remember nobody taught me that and as well nobody teaches that in regular education nowadays as well. Such an important tool we need in our daily life to succeed!
There are many things I like to be part of, and as I have a lot of energy I always believe time is more than it really is. Today I know it is possible to change our perception of real time to free time and be productive working less. Would you like to know how? This is part of another article I will be delivering soon.
Today I have clarity and understand that to be very productive and reach my goals I have to focus. So instead of taking care of other people´s tasks I first take care of my own task in a very organized way.
It is fundamental to be very clear regarding the activities that need to be prioritized and create a “to do” list every day. The best thing I recommend is to write your “next day to do list” the night before or before going home so that the next day you know where to begin your day, even if there are going to be other tasks added to be written to your list.  Remember to add any task unfinished during the day, for the ¨next day to do list” to be able to follow up with it.
After realizing how “focus” worked and works for me my concern became “How to teach focus to the members of my team”
The first thing I did was share with them the meaning of “focus”, when I realized people do not understand meanings the same way. So it is very important to make it clear for every member of the team and share a common understanding of a meaning. This helped me clarify that we have as entrepreneurs to train our team members, to be effective and optimize the work we want to achieve as a team. It is through words we communicate and when our wording is clear the tasks can be achieved better, quicker and easier.

The second insider secret is ORGANIZATION. What does organization mean to you as an entrepreneur or Leader? When we talk about organization we think about the act of organizing, or arranging in a certain way things or items so that when we need something it will be easy to find it, as an example.

There is not just one way of organizing and each entrepreneur has to consider which would be the best way to organize items, activities, procedures to be productive, improve the processes and be more effective in less time, so more productive.
Processes can be achieved in different ways according to who is the person in charge and each person will see his environment and tasks in a different way according to his previous experiences, expertise and confidence in how it can be achieved.
It is very important to write the processes and share with the members of the team which would be the best way to achieve that process. There are always members of the team that can visualize the shorter process and others that will visualize other ways to do the same task. As soon as there is consensus on how to achieve it in an easier, short and effective way, I suggest you write the process so that no matter who will do it, the task  will be  always done the same way for anyone in charge of it.

The third insider secret is SYSTEMS. Why do we need systems for? The systems are the pieces of a puzzle toward achieving the same in less time. So Systems are a key ingredient to free time and enjoy more our daily life. When we think about systems we think about methods, processes, routines that can be defined to follow on a specific activity along the day, may be at work, may be at home may be in life, to perform something that can be a task or even to simply solve a certain problem.

To implement systems in your life as an entrepreneur or Leader with success think about the activities you develop every day and how many of them can be done easier through a system to be defined.

As an example I can share with you that every night at my home kitchen I write what I want the next day and this is easier for me to communicate with ease to the person helping me what I want and as well helps her organize her time in a way to achieve the tasks she is requested to do much easier, with clarity, understanding and confidence .

What does it take to be successful?

What does SUCCESS mean to you? For me success is live my life on purpose, be heard, and help people live a better life. I do it every day through any of the activities I develop online and offline.
To achieve my purpose I want to be heard all over the world, I want people to listen to what I have to say, to understand, to be inspired and to be motivated at the same time.
I was listening to a call and reading information about how people achieve success today online.
I am sure there is a formula but most of it that we have to integrate a specific “methodology”with what we do and who we are. Not every methodology is for every person, absolutely not. I have been asking myself many times "What are successful people doing to achieve their success?" Which is the different ingredient they use? And as my expertise is helping people find the missing link through my Program "THE MISSING LINK TO YOUR WEALTHY WORTHY LIFE" I am always looking for that missing link. There are many missing links in this regard!
One thing is very clear to me today: All the successful people I know, invested a lot of money to learn what they did not know, to succeed. The problem we all face today as healers, coaches, practitioners and self professionals of any area, is that people looking for solutions to solve their specific problems (potential clients) are bombarded by a lot of information they are unable to filter. A lot of “FREE STAFF” that people must realize do not work by itself, this is only a small piece of information and there is a lot more hidden to learn about.
Still people believe it does work and they continue struggling going from one place to the other looking for a formula because they believe there might be one. And I agree there is a formula to be discovered: We need to stop, step back, look at the big picture of what we are doing and see all the pieces of the puzzle we need, to achieve success. There are many elements involved when you want to be successful today in the world.
The formula according to what I see is to stick with one methodology, learn everything that works about that specific methodology and integrate the methodology with who we are and what we do.
If the goal is to succeed online, I suggest to develop the technology you need to implement to be able to reach the people you are looking for, your “ideal client” to help him/her solve their problem through the use of your solution.

Are you afraid of losing the love and support of your family?

We all want to love and be loved. If you are an entrepreneur working too hard, this happens many times. Due to overwhelm you forget your other roles and the importance of relationships. And you are unable to manage the relationships due to emotional overwhelm.

Fear stops you from moving forward and I agree,  you may be right to be afraid. Fear is a consequence of overwhelm, frustration and lack of clarity.

You are not alone, there is a solution! Step back and look for help, look for support at work, not to lose the TLC, love and support of your loved ones as a human being.

Even though they will always give you a new opportunity, because they love you, they deserve you take the opportunity NOW.
